Number two, we tell people when they see the doctor to follow that doctor’s instructions. If he tells you that you need physical therapy, do it. The doctor is the one who knows best for you, so do all of those things. Three, do not talk to the insurance company at all. Let an attorney handle that for you. The insurance adjusters are experts in their field.
