Freedom, Justice and D-Day Remembrance

December 6, 2024, represented the 80th anniversary of the D-Day invasion at Normandy Beach in France during the horrific World War II conflict. We recently viewed the ceremony at the Normandy American Cemetery where World War II Veterans ages 98 to 103 years old were honored with a Ribbon a Valor. These men and their families sacrificed greatly, without hesitation, to irradicate the Nazi forces that were overtaking Europe with the goal of overtaking the world. Many paid a great price for our freedom, which we still enjoy today.Freedom, Justice and D-Day Remembrance

Freedom and democracy are fragile, and we all have a responsibility to be informed and to participate in the democratic process after educating ourselves with truthful and objective facts.

The Judicial and Court Systems in our country are a centerpiece of the democratic process and provide protection of the democratic process. It is our honor to participate in that process and to be able to stand up for persons who have been severely and wrongly injured due to the fault of others, who refuse to accept responsibility. Our democracy is strengthened when a jury of our peers renders judgment and brings justice to those who have been injured, against corporations and insurance companies attempting to abuse their power. The Courts, and those people who serve as jurors, level the ground between American Citizens and the corporate giants and insurance companies so that they can be accountable, even by ordinary folks who we love to represent. We are proud to be a part of that system and honored when we are contacted by you to hear your story.
